Orders Processing Time
We take 1~2 business days for processing orders and upload tracking number within 48 Hours.
Shipping Time
The shipping time usually takes 3-8 business days, depends on local delivery speed and weather, which we cannot fully control.
When your order is shipped out, a notification will be sent to the e-mail box you registered on our website.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking number or you can track the details via here by enter your tracking number and select your carrier. For example, Germany DPD shipping, select DPD DE, France for DPD France.
Shipping Delay: We will notify you in case of Shipping delay through email and refund you if don't want to wait for a longer time.
Order Cancellation
Once your order has been paid, you need to cancel your order within 5 hours before our warehouse handle your order. We do not offer cancellation once parcel have been sent out. If you are cancelling before work has begun, then we will refund your payment in full via whichever payment method you used.
If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of €180/pc to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less €180/pc.

1. Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.
2. It can take a few days after order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
3. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
4. Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of DPD or any other parcel service.
5. ThankBuy ships using DPD in EU , FedEx and USPS in USA, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We’ll ship your order in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally we’ll need to send multiple shipments: for example, if you’ve ordered several large/bulky items.
6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return. For more information regarding our limited warranty and claims process, please review our Limited Warranty Terms, which are incorporated into by reference and form a part of these Terms.
